I’m an independent advisor with 15 years’ experience in cultural communications, strategic counsel and public engagement across Europe and Southeast Asia.

My work spans cultural initiatives, government advisory and

strategic communications - from advising the Penang State Government on sustainability initiatives and public engagement to co-founding Open Studios Penang, a platform connecting artists,

creative spaces and communities. Across these roles, I have shaped public agendas, built strategic alliances, secured institutional and

government support, and developed initiatives with significant

public and media reach.

I bring a strategic perspective shaped by an understanding of creative practice, communications and the role culture plays in our cities and society. My work includes strategic positioning, programme development, building partnerships and public engagement.

I also co-founded Lean In Penang, building a community around women's leadership and professional development.

I hold a Master's degree in Communication Science, specializing in Media, Entertainment & Popular Culture, from the University of Amsterdam, and studied Media Studies at the University of Copenhagen.
