I work with cities, organisations and businesses to develop programmes, partnerships and platforms that create cultural, social and economic value.
Too often we underestimate arts, culture and sustainability as investments. Strategically positioned and properly invested in, they attract people, build identity and create value for economies, organisations and communities.
My work has ranged from positioning brands, people and agendas around sustainability, DEI, the arts and health, to developing programmes, building partnerships and bringing ideas into the public realm. I co-founded Open Studios Penang, connecting artists, institutions, businesses and audiences through one platform, and Lean In Penang, building a community around women’s leadership and professional development.
I bring fifteen years of experience working across sectors and cultures in Europe and Southeast Asia, moving between government and grassroots, strategy and creative practice, institutions and communities - grounded in a background in Communication Science (Media, Entertainment & Popular Culture, University of Amsterdam) and Media Studies (University of Copenhagen).
